We stand by the quality of our products and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our products on your first purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply contact us by emailing customerservice@blazeitcandleco.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
My candle(s) arrived broken what can you do?
Please email us if you have any issues when your order arrives and we will replace the broken item at no extra cost to you! We do ask for pictures of the box and candle to report the claim and get it resolved. This is up to a 14 day process, but usually only takes 5-7 days
Refunds/Cancellations
We do not offer refunds at this time. We do not offer cancellations at this time, if there is a problem with your product on arrival please reach out and we will do our best to resolve it.Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority and we will always work to make it right.
We do replace broken products in transit, please email customerservice@blazeitcandleco.com with pictures of your package.
Why was my order cancelled?
Blaze It Candle Co. reserves the right to cancel your order at any time before shipping for any reason.
I have a discount code, does it expire?
All discount codes created for our customers from giveaways expire within 7 days. They are automatically voided at that time. All other discount codes are by a case by case basis.
USPS/UPS has delivered my package, but it is missing, what can you do?
Unfortunately, once the product has us left us it is out of our control. Once the package is scanned in by your carrier they are responsible for your order. We suggest contacting the shipping carrier first to see what they can do. Feel free to reach out to us if they cannot resolve it and we will do our best to take care of the issue.
You must reach out to us within 7 days of your order being delivered to be considered for a replacement. No refunds are offered at this time

How do I get the best burn out of my candles?
Maintain your wick! Trim to 1/4" long every time you light your candle. THE FIRST BURN IS MOST IMPORTANT! We recommend burning until your candle reaches the edges ( about 3-4 hours). Soy wax has a memory and can tunnel if this is not done. Never leave your candles unattended and only burn for 4 hours at a time.

What kind of wax do you use?
Our hand poured 100% soy wax candles are vegan, cruelty-free and phthalate free. Any imperfections in candles are cosmetic and do not affect the burn of the candle.
